Sensitivity Reader 📖
I can provide input and advising on the representation of:
- LGBTQIA+ people, community, and politics
- The gender spectrum and pronoun usage
- Black / African-American people, culture, dialect, slang, etc.
- Mental health / neurodivergence
I am available for sensitivity reading on fiction, with preference for adult or young adult science fiction, speculative fiction, and fantasy.
As a sensitivity reader, I am dedicated to using my lived experiences as a queer, Black, neurodivergent person in combination with my DEI work to provide you with specialized consultation to help you ensure that your representations of marginalized characters are nuanced and genuine.
